- Inquiry details: your name, email address and the requirements you enter. You may also choose to provide a phone number, company name, project country, site details, preferred equipment or schedule in your message.
- Inquiry context: the page and product or project topic, any project selections included in the form, the submission time, an inquiry identifier and the current page’s URL query parameters.
- Contact-source information: selected advertising click identifiers (such as gclid, gbraid and wbraid), UTM campaign parameters, the landing page and a recognized search or social referrer. This information supports the WhatsApp contact links described below.
- Technical records: the web server can record a requesting IP address, request path (including its query), time and response status when serving a page or processing a request.
- Direct correspondence: information you choose to send through email, phone, WhatsApp or WeChat, including messages and attachments.
Please share only information relevant to your business inquiry. Do not enter payment-card details, identity documents, health information or other sensitive personal information in this website’s inquiry form or in URL parameters.
How Information Is Used
We use inquiry and correspondence information to understand your request, discuss equipment and project requirements, prepare relevant responses and quotations, and communicate about a possible or existing business relationship. Technical information is used to operate the website and investigate errors or misuse.

Forms And Correspondence
An email link opens your email application. Your chosen email provider and the recipient’s email provider process a message when you send it. There is no automatic email or CRM forwarding from this version’s form.
Browser Storage And Contact Links
This version does not set first-party cookies. It uses browser session storage to remember selected contact-source information in the current tab. A saved source record is reused only while it is no more than 24 hours old; this is a reuse limit, not a scheduled deletion of the stored entry. Browser session storage normally ends when the tab’s session ends, subject to browser restore behavior. You can clear it using your browser’s site-data controls.
WhatsApp: a link prepares a draft containing the current page URL and, when available, selected campaign identifiers, the landing page and a recognized referrer. Clicking the link passes the prefilled text to WhatsApp in the link URL; you can edit or remove it before sending the message to DINIS. Opening the link does not itself send a chat message.
WeChat: displaying the QR code on this site loads a local image. Scanning it or starting a conversation uses WeChat. Map, video-platform, Alibaba and other external links open their respective services, which may receive technical information when visited. Their own policies govern their processing.
You can browse without using the messaging links. If you do not want campaign details included in a WhatsApp message, remove them from the draft before sending, or contact us by email instead. Clearing stored site data does not remove information already sent in a message.
Analytics And Advertising
This website version does not load Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tags, Google Tag Manager or a remarketing pixel. Some interactions create page-level events within the page, but no configured analytics or advertising service receives those events from this version.
Campaign identifiers in contact links are separate from Google conversion tracking. This notice does not mean that advertising tracking or a consent-management system is already enabled.
If optional analytics, advertising or personalized-ad services are introduced, this notice and the relevant choices must be updated before activation. Where required, including for relevant uses affecting visitors in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, consent must be obtained before the applicable processing, and visitors must be able to refuse or withdraw it. Continuing to browse is not treated as consent to optional marketing.
How Long Information Is Kept
Retention depends on the record and its purpose:
- Browser contact-source records: the 24-hour reuse limit and browser-session behavior described above apply. Clear site data to remove the stored entry from your browser.
- Direct business correspondence: retention is based on whether the inquiry remains active, whether it becomes a project or contract, and applicable recordkeeping obligations or legal claims. Contact us to ask about a particular record or request deletion.
A browser storage limit does not apply to server records or messages already sent to a communication provider. This version does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of days for those records.
Your Choices And Privacy Requests
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may be entitled to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, receive a portable copy of qualifying data, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to the relevant data-protection authority. Rights can be subject to legal exceptions.
Email [email protected] with the contact address you used, the approximate date and nature of your inquiry, and what you would like us to do. We may need proportionate information to verify the request. Please do not send identity documents unless specifically needed through an agreed channel.
You do not need to agree to a newsletter or personalized advertising to make a business inquiry. Withdrawing optional consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
